Skills Eval for Red Cross Adult & Pedi CPR/AED Blended Learning

Complete your American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED certification through blended learning. This course combines required online coursework with an in-person, instructor-led skills evaluation.

Important: Participants are responsible for monitoring their email, completing all required online coursework prior to their scheduled skills evaluation, and contacting HCH EDU promptly if they experience any issues with access or completion. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly for emails related to your registration, online coursework, and scheduled skills evaluation.

Before Your Skills Evaluation

Participants must complete the assigned American Red Cross online learning portion before attending the in-person skills session. The online portion takes approximately 2 hours to complete, so please allow adequate time to complete all required components before your scheduled skills evaluation. If you do not complete the required online coursework prior to your scheduled skills evaluation, you will not be permitted to participate in the in-person session.

Instructions and a link to access the required online coursework will be emailed to you after your registration and payment have been successfully completed.

In-Person Skills Evaluation

During your scheduled session, you will complete the required hands-on CPR and AED skills practice and evaluation with an authorized American Red Cross instructor. Successful completion of both the online learning portion and in-person skills evaluation is required to earn certification.

Payment & Refund

Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your scheduled skills session. All payments are non-refundable. If the required online coursework has not been completed prior to your scheduled session, you may reschedule your skills evaluation one time to allow additional time to complete the online coursework.  In the event of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, additional rescheduling requests may be submitted for review and are subject to approval by HomeCare Hands 24/7 / HCH EDU.
