The purpose of this Seminar is to provide healthcare professionals who care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia with specialized training to ensure appropriate, competent, and sensitive care. Following the successful completion of this Seminar, participants are one step closer to receiving their Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP®) certification.

Schedule your required in-person skills evaluation to complete your American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED certification. Prerequisite: The Red Cross online learning portion must be completed prior to attending.

For approved applicants who have completed the required pre-program steps and received clearance from HCH EDU. Complete online coursework, instructor-led classroom education, hands-on skills training, and competency evaluations as part of the HomeCare Hands train-to-work pathway.
